For thousands, for years, the human race has been fascinated by the natural phenomena of eclipses. The sudden disappearance of the sun has been seen as an omen of the gods' anger, inspired our ancestors to create copious ceremonies to chaise away the evil spirits and rich oral folklore.
Once astronomers figured the mechanics of the solar eclipses, they became events to be studied and celebrated. Although modern science can precisely explain the physical phenomena behind eclipses, humans still ponder their spiritual significance.
There is an ancient proverb - "Kings and queens are born and die during eclipses." It stipulates the belief that people born on an eclipse have a unique destiny. They believed to be natural leaders, have critical missions to fulfill in their lives, and karmic responsibilities. They also have a struggle with difficulties and adversities that make them feel different and alienated from others. Is this myth or reality?
